This document “Privacy Policy” (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) represents the rules of use of the User’s personal information by RaspAtHome.

  1. General Provisions

1.1 This Policy is an integral part of the User Agreement (hereinafter – the “Agreement”) posted and/or available on the RaspAtHome website, as well as other agreements concluded with the User, when it is expressly provided for by their terms.

1.2 By entering into the Agreement, you freely, of your own free will and in your own interests, give your perpetual irrevocable written consent to any means of processing your personal data, including any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of means of automation with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, blocking, and storage.

1.3 This Policy, including the interpretation of its provisions and the procedure for its adoption, execution, amendment and termination, shall be subject to the application of legislation.

1.4 Hereinafter, the Policy uses the terms and definitions provided for by the Agreement, as well as other contracts concluded with the User, unless otherwise provided for by this Policy or arising from its essence. In other cases, the interpretation of the term used in the Policy shall be made in accordance with applicable law, business customs, or scientific doctrine.

  1. Personal Information

2.1 In this Policy, personal information shall mean:

2.1.1. Information that the User provides about himself/herself during registration or authorization, as well as in the process of further use of the Application and/or Service, including the User’s personal data.

2.1.2. Data that is transmitted automatically depending on the User’s software settings, including but not limited to: IP address, cookies, data about the software and communication network equipment used by the User, including the Internet, parameters and settings of Internet browsers, information and materials transmitted and received using the Service.

2.2 RaspAtHome is not responsible for the manner in which the User’s Personal Information is used by third parties with whom the User interacts within the framework of using the Application and the Service provided on its basis.

2.3 The User realizes and accepts the possibility of placing third party software on the pages of the Website, as a result of which such persons may receive the anonymized data specified in clause 2.1.2.

Said third party software may include, but is not limited to:

  • systems for collecting visitor statistics;
  • social plug-ins (blocks) of social networks (e.g. Facebook, etc.);
  • banner display systems;
  • other systems for collecting anonymized information.

The User has the right to independently limit the collection of such information by third parties, using the standard privacy settings of the Internet browser used by the User to work with the Website.

2.4 RaspAtHome has the right to set requirements to the composition of the User’s Personal Information that must be provided in order to use the Application and the Service based on it. If certain information is not labeled by RaspAtHome as mandatory, its provision or disclosure is at the User’s discretion.

2.5 RaspAtHome does not verify the accuracy of the Personal Information provided, believing that the User acts in good faith, prudently and makes all necessary efforts to keep such information up to date.

  1. Purposes of Personal Information processing

3.1 RaspAtHome processes, including the collection and storage of only those Personal Information that is necessary for the conclusion and execution of agreements with the User.

3.2 RaspAtHome has the right to use Personal Information in particular for the following purposes:

  • Conclusion of contracts for the use of the Application and Service;
  • Fulfillment of obligations under the concluded contracts, including providing the User with access to the Application and Service;
  • Identification of the User within the framework of fulfillment of obligations under the contracts concluded with the User;
  • Providing technical support in connection with the use of the Application and the Service;
  • Providing communication with the User for the purpose of information service and improvement of the Service quality, including by notification with the involvement of third parties;
  • Using anonymized data for targeting advertising and/or informational materials by age, gender, and other characteristics;
  • Conducting marketing, statistical and other research based on anonymized data.
  1. Requirements for protection of Personal Information

4.1 RaspAtHome stores Personal Information and protects it from unauthorized access and dissemination in accordance with internal rules and regulations.

4.2 The User’s Personal Information shall be kept confidential, unless the technology of the Application or the Service provided on its basis or the settings of the software used by the User provide for an open exchange of information with other Users of the Application or with any Internet users.

4.3 RaspAtHome may transfer Personal Information to third parties in the following cases:

  • The User has expressed his/her consent to such actions, including cases when the User applies the settings of the software used by the User that do not limit the provision of certain information;
  • The transfer is necessary within the framework of the User’s use of the functionality of the Application and/or the specifics of the Service based on it;
  • In connection with the transfer of the Application into the possession, use or ownership of such third party, including assignment of rights under contracts concluded with the User in favor of such third party;
  • At the request of a court or other authorized state body within the procedure established by law;
  • To protect the rights and legitimate interests of RaspAtHome in connection with the breach of agreements concluded with the User.
  1. Changing Personal Information

5.1 The User has the right to edit the Personal Information provided by him/her during registration or authorization in his/her Personal Area at any time.

5.2 In case of termination of the concluded agreement, the User has the right to delete his/her own account or exercise the right to withdraw consent to the processing of his/her personal data by sending RaspAtHome a request to delete his/her account to [email protected].

5.3 In order to improve the quality of the Service and ensure the possibility of legal protection, RaspAtHome has the right to keep log files of the actions performed by the User within the framework of the use of the Application and/or Service, as well as in connection with the conclusion and execution of the Agreement and other agreements by the User on its part, for 1 (One) year from the date of their performance.

  1. Change of the Privacy Policy

6.1 This Policy may be changed or terminated unilaterally by RaspAtHome without prior notice to the User.

6.2 The current version of the Policy is available on the RaspAtHome Website.
